I’m guessing from just that section of map one could make an estimate on how much percent of water was not in the oceans but locked up in the ice. Then - take that same percentage of rain water and lock that up in the ice.
These idiot tree huggers talk about global warming and droughts. It was a lot drier when the earth was cold. And my bet is that we are due for another, mile-thick ice over Chicago type cooling event, based on the previous cycles of warming and cooling.
