I just recently learned that Massachusetts has banned ownership of the AR.Given several recent SCOTUS decisions...*particularly* Caetano v Massachusetts (which was a 9-0 vote striking down a Massachusetts gun law)...I am *very* tempted,as a Massachusetts resident,to try to challenge this law in the Federal Courts.

Of course I don't have the money to pay lawyers tens of thousands so I'd need some help.Perhaps I can sign on with some NRA-affiliated organization and lend my name to an action brought by such an entity.

Do any lawyers out there have any thoughts on my idea?

They already are being boycotted by patriots, I thought, from the last go around of this crap. So it should only be progressives who have been getting their camping, fishing and boating gear from them and firearm sales should have been nonexistent.

I would think you could buy an AR-15 cheaper everywhere else. Dicks is very expensive just buying golf balls. Can’t imagine the upcharge on a weapon.
