Penmanship is no longer taught in few, if any, schools.
They can’t read or write in cursive. My cousin’s daughter is 15 y/o and learning it on her own. She’s tired of mom and dad having this secret writing they can communicate with but she can’t.
It’s still taught in PRIVATE schools, in most if not all states.

For that matter, what is this word “Pen” at the front? What is this thing called a “Pen”?
My handwriting has deteriorated significantly over the last ten years...I realized that I rarely ever use a pen any longer.
I was taught penmanship in grade school. Thanks to my double jointed thumbs I still write like I’m in first grade.
