I'm wondering why the CDC would allow a Researcher at works with deadly contagious diseases and claims to be "feeling sick" would be allowed to leave the facility.
No conspiracy theory, just do they really work that way?

He’s not a researcher. He mostly writes about how awful blacks are treated by our healthcare system.
