I was taking it for a few months, then ran out. No one carries it around here and I am not a fan of ordering things on line.

However, a coworker saw a picture of me from last year, before she joined our staff, and said something about how young I looked. It was less than a year ago! That made me decide to go back to ordering the skin care products I used to use and I got the K2 from the same site.

It does seem to work. I was told my three year old replacement valve already had severe stenosis in 2015. I took Vitamin K2 and it was cleared up a year later. All confirmed with echocardiograms. The doctors pretend it never happened.
