Woman Claims She Saw Bigfoot; Sues California to Prove It
ABC7 ^ | Friday, February 16, 2018 | Rob McMillan

A Crestline woman said she spotted a sasquatch in the San Bernardino mountains and filed a lawsuit to prove it.

"If they wanted to hurt us that day they could have," Claudia Ackley said. "We were right there."

Ackley was hiking a trail in Blue Jay with her two daughters on March 17, 2017, between 6:30 and 7 p.m. She said her daughters noticed it first.

"They're standing right there frozen looking at something," Ackley said. She believes they were looking at Bigfoot.

"He looked like a Neanderthal man with a lot of hair," Ackley said. "About 800 pounds. I was trying to tell it to please not hurt us, and that's when he just stared at me."

Ackley said the sasquatch was perched in a tree, about 30 feet above the ground. She said there were two other sasquatches nearby.

"All I'm thinking is please don't get near us because I have my children," she said.

Ackley called 911, but said the authorities didn't believe her.

"I'm sorry you saw a bear,'" Ackley said. "And I said no; this was no bear. I know what I saw."

Ackley has filed a lawsuit against the state of California, as well as the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, for refusing to acknowledge the existence of the species of Bigfoot. The spokesperson for the CDFW would not comment because of the pending lawsuit.

"They're on our property. They knock on our walls. They look through our windows," Ackley said. "It's more and more and more."

“”nothing but a really large and ugly dog.””

THAT was Mad Maxine or at the least Moochelle....either would fit that description.

Who? The Bigfoots, or Fish and Wildlife?

Here's my bigfoot theory:

Hypertrichosis is relatively more common in mexico. Because of their appearance, it is hard for them to get jobs. As such they are sent to the US and work as guards in marijuana nurseries, hidden in federal forests.

They look through our windows," Ackley said.

They are looking in her windows and knocking on the walls? Next will she be claiming one knocked her up?

It's California. Why wouldn't they recognize the Bigfoot species? Then, offer them welfare at the same time. As Lon Chaney once said, “SANCTUARY!!”.

They probably will recognize it and declare the entire US critical habitat.

I saw a rather large, very strange, and fast moving object in the night sky near my remote campsite a few years ago. It zigged and zagged up and down, left and right, before shooting off down into a canyon. I told my coworkers about it and they just laughed. That is the normal reaction from people who have never seen anything out of the ordinary. They just don’t want to believe it.

In the late 60’s Mr RR was a USDA Forest Ranger working with some Nez Perce natives on the Olympic Peninsula. They had witnessed the “Sasquatch”, collected hair samples and artifacts. Convinced us.

Sure, and give them driver's licenses and voter registration cards.

The Bigfoot costume arrives at my house next month.
Lots of possibilities to get on camera.
Just going to make sure I won’t get shot.

In this day and age a photo is not proof. The only thing that would be excepted is a dead one. But shooting one is a great risk. To many idiots run around spoofing their existence, and shooting idiots is against the law.

Same here. My coworkers suggested that I saw a USAF Phantom jet. I don’t think so unless they look like green glowing orbs.

I’ve been around a few phantom jets. I know what they look like and I know they don’t fly that fast nor make 90 degree turns.

Her daughter used her phone to video the creatures - saw it on TV but was too dark to make out anything from the low res tv screen.
