Keep them at room temp and they’ll last quite some time. Just check them visually to make sure they haven’t cracked. I got some from my mom that must have been 20 years old. They sealed just fine and have been on my shelf for 8 months. Just ate some pea soup we put up.

That’s good to know, two decades was a long time!

So I basically look to make sure that the rubber isn’t cracked or dried out?
