Actually a more effective tool would be for young people to speak the Queens’ English when dealing with white people.

Unlike Wakanda, which has Vibranium and other cool stuff, most groups of people cannot afford to be so dismissive and uncooperative. They will find themselves quickly marginalized. If I am trying to communicate with somebody and they bark at me, I will simply walk away.
Cooperation is the key to mutually beneficial outcomes. If the other side starts barking, cooperation has pretty much gone by the boards.
