I actually like Michonne. Darryl is a skinny, greasy haired character that I never liked. I truly can’t imagine why women like him.
But probably the biggest UGH of all is WHY DON’T THEY LEAVE?? Lol lol!! Seriously, they have this lunatic Negan enslaving them, killing them, WHY DON’T THEY LEAVE? If they have all these cars that work, all they have to do is take off and he would never find them. I think they are in Georgia? So move to California, how is he going to find them? Instead they stay there day after day after day

Okay... I guess all the “futuristic visions” were from Carl and not Rick. Got it. However, I so disagree with how the mindset is turning. Don’t kill everyone? Show mercy? I guess I’m more hard core but Negan beat the brains out of two of their friends. I understand the whole “let’s not lose our humanity” idea but peace is only an option AFTER the war ends (and you are the successor). When I saw Negan in the garden with the tomatoes.... I almost threw my remote at the screen. The head of the snake HAS to be removed in order for a future to start (sorry, Salamander :)
It took forever for him to die. They stretched it out about half an hour too long.

Well Carl is dead because, well...Carl was stupid. There was no reason for them to take on those walkers. They were otherwise distracted and you could have circled around them. No need to shoot everything that walks by your post.
It would not be that hard to create solar or other kinds of renewable energy. Not enough to start manufacturing, but certainly enough for some lights and telephone systems. There are still books and hardware most places.
Although, aside from them driving diesel there would be very little usable gasoline left. Unless you wanted to try your hand at distilling it again.
And why no molotov cocktails? A little fire would take care of most of their problems.
Daryl should be able to make moonshine.

I think the reason they don’t leave is because everywhere may have “Negans”. They know this area and can make it work with crops, etc. I guess it comes down to fight today (Negan) and have a future or fight tomorrow (another Negan type) and hope for a good outcome. If they win this fight, all of the groups can come together to establish a “colony” of sorts... strength in numbers. That’s how I see it anyways. :)
