I know many people who were not breast fed, have always been very healthy,and they are all now in their fifties and sixties.

There are multiple factors at work. I do not wish my experience on anyone.
My closest friend was not breast-fed (diabetic mother) and has a strong constitution.
One of the first principles I tested was an Elimination Diet. I eliminated all cattle dairy - including sodium caseinate and calcium caseinate ingredients in boxed foods. Two weeks later, my lungs began clearing up for the first time I could remember.
