The majority of voters failed Florida victims. The people who voted for the sheriff, the school board, local and state officials. People voted for these idiots. People vote to keep them there. Kids can’t vote. And they deserve far better than what the majority of voters have been electing.

Broward is very liberal or black or Jewish or Hispanic....used to be Davie was old south whites but they may have died out
Six of the kids who died were Jewish which is an incredible statistic in this tragic event....the odds that being the case is only possible in a few communities like Monsey NY or north Miami Beach or parts of Brooklyn or Manhattan or Forest Hills
And a Jewish sheriff....not something most Jews I’ve know yearn for

The New Deal era was fairly liberal but still socially conservative
The 60s not near this high a percentage of kids liberal nor the media so monolethically radical and activist .....the silent majority was just that
Even in 1972 a majority of kids voted Nixon
