Payback for today has people speculating about a bridge that collapsed but the articles I found indicated it was from flooding. Other things today? Russia in Syria, lady crashing barricade at WH.
I think BRIDGE more likely refers to a connection - some things I've seen do allude to is knowledge +/- thoughts on China ... the links to suitcase nukes and earthquake weapons, etc., are interesting, too ... there will be something more to help direct & clarify.

Stanislav Lunev was going to poison the water supply with a bio weapon. The bridge was likely where they could pour the poison.
