We need a law that says if you obfuscate/block evidence collection the statute of limitations no longer applies to the case in question.
then we never would have gotten the Rose billing records.
There are laws re: “Ongoing Criminal activity”. Not sure if every state has them.If one can prove any action applies to the crime then that is the date used. Not sure if Federal Law. Rico Laws cover all these ongoing activities.
