Obviously it's a reference to the Ultra Secret Squad within DEVGRU known only as "The Honey Badgers."

I have it from reliable sources that they are only called on when needed to deal with COBRAS since they are resistant to the COBRA Venom and can defeat then with their Kung Fu Grip.
