Wow.

I always like the hard way...sounds delicious and I will try it this weekend.

And I hate weak drinks...so 2X the whiskey sounds good.;-)

What kind of whiskey do you use.

I hate Canadian but love Kentucky Bourbon.

That said, my favorite is Jameson's.

My real love is Scotch, but when recipes call for whiskey...I usually think of Jameson's.

Bourbon only for me. This works with tequila, vodka, gin, whatever you like. The hard way, it’s so fresh and lovely your senses concentrate more on the citrus than the alcohol.
