A child had his home searched over a square root sign. And will be looked at in school gossip circles as a potential danger. IOW, his school experience has been ruined. I’m going to guess the student was a wypepo. The students who ‘tattled’ should be charged with bullying and harassment. I don’t need to guess who they are; that they didn’t know what a square root sign is, tells it all.

My guess is that they didn't bother with a warrant because they had probable cause. But, I'm not a lawyer, so FWIW.
