Where would they learn that?
I’m a scoutmaster, so they learn that from me. How do other boys learn that, from Dad?

They should learn it from their Dads, but boys out in the country learn it because many families often have piles of broken limbs and brush that need to be burned. That's how I learned it.
But do city boys ever operate a lawn mower or other power equipment? And why did those boys have access to a five gallon container of gasoline? There seem to be ample opportunities to teach kids about gasoline, and something like this should probably be taught in school, some health education class if they can break away from the sex lessons long enough.
