Blame Crazy Cruz for his genetics. Blame his family that couldn’t control him. Blame the school for ignoring his condition. Blame the school district for a permissive discipline policy. Blame DCF and the mental health evaluators for not treating him. Blame the police for not arresting him for his crimes. Blame the FBI for ignoring his blatant threats to shoot up a school.
