I truly hope they burn in Hell for all eternity.
No sin is beyond true repentance and the Grace of God. God is keeping them alive for a reason. Dr. Bernard Natahanson perfomed 10,000 murders, repented and spent the rest of his life undoing what portion of the damage he could. There is great joy in Heaven over a single repentant soul.

I believe he is in heaven, a living (still living) testament to God's transforming power.
