Horatius is waiting at the bridge, for the fraudulent Hector who masquerading as Achilles (from the “greek” ancient time) to cross over, be exposed and slaughtered in clear view. So that the Consul (Our actual AG Mr. Sessions as appointed by our elected President and confirmed by all the people’s Congress) can hew down the bridge and stop the invasion wrought on our Constitutional Republic.
The verse goes:

The Captain of the gate:
