The term is used figuratively to refer to the central supporting element of a larger structure, Well, the pyramid is a metaphor for something real. In this case the Soros/Saudi/Rothschilds thing. So, applying your above sentence. What supports the "larger structure" of this particular pyramid.

Since Keystone is the one element that holds everything together, I continue to think Q is referring to whoever holds sway over the leaders of this while Cabal. SA, Roths, Soros get their orders from somewhere. If the Roths are not the keystone, then a group maybe? Bilderberg?
