In Israel everyone has a gun..and in every school they have ARMED GUARDS protecting the students..there has been NO school shooting or any mass shooting in Israel..if Congress, the President, The Senate, Banks, Govt buildings, have armed guards, so should schools
I think you are overlooking the Maalot, Avivim school bus and Mercaz HaRav massacres. Your point is still well taken but Israel has not been immune.
