We keep getting told they are rolling the criminals up from the bottom up.
Why?
If one was attacked in a street fight by a gang of bad people, one would try to beat up the leaders first and hope the others run away when they see their leaders defeated.
The low level thugs are the weapons used by the leaders. You take their weapons away from them, freeze their assets and then you have some soft planners with no money and no weapons.
When I became aware take downs started happening, it was in the arrests of a few hundred people in Washington D.C. Low level drug runners, traffickers. The swamp uses MI13 (street gang - did I spell that right?) as weapons. Start there. As Q has said, the top has to be exposed before they can be taken down or the public would object- the swamp would pose it as political prisoners. So Trump has frozen Soros riot money and therefore the last riot or two had less than 100 people show up. Remove “enforcers” who assassinate witnesses etc. There is a method to it.
It’s a classic strategy. Think about going after the mob. Little fish lead to the big fish.
