Holder needs to be arrested and Chicago nuked if you don't have adequate police force. As someone who works in Chicago, your statement is about as disrespectful as it can be to Commander Bauer and the good people of Chicago who really do their best to make the city a good place.
The rest I have to say, I cannot repeat publicly. Not sure it'd be worth it saying it privately ........
