Wow, that reply is so accurate to how I feel. I still remember when I was a young girl. My parents were looking at houses. We went to one house in the afternoon. It must have been somewhat in the country because it was so peaceful. There was a note on the door or the gazebo that explained the Realtor had to go to a funeral & wouldn’t be able to be there.

I just remember this otherworldly feeling I had while we were there and it has stayed with me. It was a very melancholy feeling. This was from a long time ago & I still think about it.

I have never had those vibes that you said creeped you out, but if I ever do I will be flying out the door! I will NEVER live somewhere where someone has been murdered.

I believe some houses have an aura. For example, I visited an unoccupied house for sale and felt an overwhelming sadness and strong memory to my deceased family. Part of it was the house style, dated decor, some abandoned antique dolls and toys, but there was a definite "feeling" there. Hard to describe, difficult to put into words - not scary, not frightening, just a looming sadness.

I feel like I should call Coast to Coast....
