I would guess that it is real, but that many, many takes were required. I suspect (just for instance) that he didn't undo the beach girl's bikini top the first time he tried.

Interacting with that many objects while gliding seems rather dangerous, though.

It is the interacting with things that looks really cool in a video. It is also what is really dangerous.

I am reminded of the Roy Halladay crash. The Icon A5 he was flying was a pretty cool plane, and was reasonably safe. But what he was doing with it was increasingly dangerous. If you look at the promotional videos for the Icon A5, it shows the aircraft, in perfect conditions in the hands of a very skilled pilot, skimming over the water and flying near obstructions. It looks really cool. At one point, the pilot dips a wingtip into the water, sending up a glorious rooster tail, and it is just beautiful.

When Roy Halladay got his airplane, it looked like he was trying to fly it in the same manner he had seen it demonstrated, at very low altitude, making radical maneuvers. But the conditions were not as perfect, and he was not nearly as skilled. He was dead within weeks.

If flying is that exciting, you’re doing it wrong.
