Big pharma is not unified.
If one pharma company has a solution to a problem that others do not, they push it.
Competition is strong in the pharma industry. If one company hides a solution hoping to profit from it, another will steal its steam and enter it into the market.
That said, I think Q is correct about many things, but the idea that Big Pharma is colluding to hide a solution to certain diseases is bullshiite.
Did you see my comment that perhaps Big Pharma is alluding to drug cartels?
