Yes, Gov. Inslee is trying to get rid of the death penalty and says he won’t authorize any executions. Typical Libtard. But this case would not qualify anyway, if it’s not charged as “1st degree murder” ... my point is that there ought to be a way to charge such extreme depravity resulting in death for a death penalty, but I don’t actually think in any state this would be a death penalty case. Should be, but won’t be.
