No, I refuse to blame this sort of callousness on drugs. He talked to his coworker the next day and said he didn't know if she was still alive. This boy is demented. He can not be allowed to use drugs as an excuse. His behavior did not begin that night. He has been a disaster for a long time and I'm sure we will hear about it as time goes on. He needs to be put away forever, at the minimum.
