It's been a strong opinion of mine that ANY government employee who's caught with his hand in the Cookie Jar has foregone any Constitutional protections, and can be slowly roasted, after several hours of gleeful torture, at high noon, in front of the court house.

You wouldn't have to do it very often, and we would either have much more honest public servants, or more clever thieves...
