It is the whole DC scene, does anyone send their kids off to become DR's or Engineers, Plumbers, Electrican's or Welders? They keep marrying and reproducing more beltway bandits. Handsome young K-Street Lawyer marries a Girl who's and Undersecretary assistant in some HHS dept and their parents came from DC as well. Break the cycle here direct you kids to carriers other than Politics or the Law.

There’s way to break up that cycle you mention but I’ll leave it to another thread.
Note the following that support your inference:
1. Jeff Bezos grew up in a CIA family. He’s a ‘CIA Kid’. His company never turned a profit until 2011 and in 2012 someone in the CIA approved a $600 million contract to AMZN for ‘cloud services’. I like AMZN but am miffed because maybe Sears or others could have done well too with a billion dollar like backing from CIA elite friends. Bezos took $150M of the $600M and bought WAPO. WAPO is now a mouthpiece for CIA elite. Note that CIA elite are separate from CIA rank and file in Langley. CIA elite are globalist service providers who believe their mission is to protect the world’s elite club. The US of A is not their primary concern as America is just another region of their world.
2. Susan Rice is also a ‘CIA Kid’.
