Except its proper to place the venue where the crime was committed, if the Foundation is HQ’ed in Little Rock and that’s the low hanging fruit (in what will be a long drawn out out multiple trial process!) do it there!

I read an article a few years back, I think on a site like CTH or AR, that was talking about how the DC district was loaded to a point that no jury could ever be picked to go after congressmen or other politicians. This was intentional, and by design. I can’t prove it of course, but I have no trouble believing that the DC swamp would take steps to protect itself.
