There is no Constitutional basis for military trials for anything the Clinton/Zero crowd have done. Anything like that is extra-constitutional and would set an awful precedent. Later it would be used against us! The Rats have no problem using the Courts to enforce their politics! Look at the Duke Lacrosse trials. Scooter Libby, etc

Why do you want to be as Fascist as the Clinton/Zero crowd?

Agreed. When the Right starts violating the Constitution to get what it wants, it greases the skids for Leftist dictatorship.

Our goal is to RESTORE our Free Constitutional Republic, and you don't restore the Constitution by violating it.

I disagree.

Constitutional atny experts have outlined how it would be Constitutionally viable. I don't have a link. Lionel might be one. I forget.

Part of it would depend on one's definition of certain key words.

Have you read the Executive Order from Dec?

Evidently another is in the wings making such things even clearer.

A key issue is that Trump has defined our very continued existence as a nation dependent on successfully dealing with the list of evils and evil doers listed. He's essentially defining that task as a war of survival.

Wrong. If treason is involved the trials could be done by military Courts.
