The only valid support for federal acts constitutional support. I see no constitutional support for military tribunals against Obama and Co. and when it comes to federal acts, the Constitution is decisive.

Not constitutionally. An EO is only valid if it is needed to enforce existing and constitutional federal law. Otherwise an EO is lawmaking by the Executive Branch which is unconstitutional. The ONLY branch constitutionally authorized to make law is Congress - the legislative branch.
The Constitution has provided for federal courts to try citizens (Obama, Hillary) and lower government officials for charges of federal crimes (Art. III, Sec. 2, Cl. 1). And the Constitution clearly states that for high government officials, ONLY the House can impeach (formally accuse) and ONLY the Senate can convict and remove a government official (Art. I, Sec. 2, Cl. 5; Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6-7). This includes accusation and conviction of treason, and congressional authority to punish treason (Art. II Sec. 4; Art. III; Sec. 3).
MAGA means RESTORING our Free Constitutional Republic, not tearing it down further to satisfy our agenda. That's what the Left does.
We MUST get back to the Rule of law of the Constitution over the feds - that is our Rule of law and the ONLY legal protection against the tyranny of the whims of men in government whether it be Congress, Dubya, Obama, or Trump.
