You can’t go outside the law and due process to fix the law and due process and ever put that genie back into the bottle! Some benign dictator going to make it all right? What happens when he passes? A free fall for all for to determine the next guy?
The Clintons are nothing more then a mob family that took over the country! Think of the scene in the Godfather whether the meeting with the Jewish guy and he says now we have a government we can work with. That’s what the Clinton’s did they created a government they can work with by being that government. Slick & his family have deep ties to the Dixie Mafia! (It’s ironic that the least sexy of the all the Mafias succeeded in this! The Irish Mob almost did this but the Kennedy’s screwed them!)

POTUS will do what he feels necessary and will have the military backing to carry it out.
That is not entirely 100% a comfortable thing. Life's like that--messy--far from ideal etc.
I believe that he has covered and will continue to cover (evidently with a looming additional Exec Order) the legal/Constitutional aspects.
It is viable to accuse Shrillery, Obummer as enemy combatants and criminals against humanity in this war for survival. They are enemies--foreign and domestic.
