Last night Q thanked "Dopey" Alaweed and its surmised he was thanking him for the Shanghai raid. One "foreigner" was taken out.

I never thought of Snowden, but that is a possibility I reckon. If the E is even about the guy. Maybe the smart people can connect these dots.
