Maybe clothes made out of gunny sacks or flour sacks.

Hillary already has that wardrobe taken care of, she usually dresses that way!

There is reason for saying that.

However, if one looks closely at her clothes from the perspective of a weaver etc. many of her clothes have to be VERY expensive.
