Have any of the Q decoders exhaustively considered what the E banner might refer to?

In the q-posts there is frequent reference to [e], and a lot of numbers and letters in brackets, as if something is bracketed in a gun-sight. So, I presume the so-called "e" is an identified target, one of a list of numbered and lettered targets. Perhaps the banner E is telling us that e has been neutralized, another tally, another flag on the nacelle of the Mustang, a legion standard captured and put on display.
Pure idle speculation. But this story is so good, that even if total fantasy it is fun to be part of.

Up the thread someplace it was identified as being a section of the Shanghai airport, IIRC.
I thought the “E” might mean “extrication”, and the fact that is (apparently) from the Shanghai airport, would mean “someone extricated from Shanghai”.

Have any of the Q decoders exhaustively considered what the E banner might refer to? In the context, it seems to refer to the person extracted from the Shanghai Alaweed building and flown to Vietnam. I've heard Eric Schmidt and Edward Snowden but neither seem plausible to me. I haven't heard any other theories. Figure it out Jocko. I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!
