Long shot but the first thing which came to mind.
when Q writes numbers in brackets, it means time frame. So [3] can mean 3 days or weeks.
I think when he has somebody’s name in Brackets, it means they will be executed soon. So it could mean that they intend to execute John Snowden shortly.
John is probably one of the clowns. Snowden refers to Edward Snowden. What has John Kerry been doing lately? Still hanging out with Eric Schmidt? That would be two of the clowns. Who is the third? Bill Richardson?
