That is my initial reaction as well. As much as many of us would like to see some "action" starting soon, it is very unlikely that we will see that.
Setting aside the question of venue(s) in which many of these cases will be tried, the stakes are extremely high in these prosecutions and we can be safe assuming that they will be worked on and refined to become as "air tight" as possible.
Additionally, it seems that some of these crimes can also have an element of broad criminal conspiracy surrounding them, so they will be waiting in these cases until the whole network can be indicted/charged. (Which will require more time.)
Setting expectations for immediate "action" is likely to be disappointing to many.
I'm expecting Gitmo and military tribunals for all the biggies. And THAT will take some complex prepping and doing.
