This suggests the op was not necessarily an extraction or arrest per se but but intel gathering. There is a photog grouping somebody on 8ch made that pulls together the photos of the arrival. There is a mix of references to a guy arriving with a pizza box and pharma refs ala
Amino-Chem ... the op is for intel - presumably some team (good guys) breached an important event possibly to include somebody with US diplomatic plates ... and evidence was seized and one or more are soon if not now enjoying an all expenses paid trip to our finest new tent city at GITMO ;)
Two keys - if we don't see any report that Dopey has been rounded back up and put in jail, then guess would be he's flipped (duh) and helped continue the sting. These folks are between a rock & a hard place, many will cooperate, others will choose other paths.
