How should NASA proceed from here...Trump in his tweet was sure to mention them...is there a catch to it being a SpaceX thing?

There is still a place for NASA. It's not muslem outreach, it's to keep our military the best in the world. That is the governments function, right. What would you expect Trump to do?

So is there any big SPACE (not necessarily military) project or goal set for NASA? It just seems to me other countries are ahead or on par with their stuff at this point.
