This is obvious now. If he rescinds it he is saying the charge that he was deceived is true. I expect a statement is being crafted to get the FBI off the hook.

The warrant is valid only for 90 days. It was issued originally in mid-October 2016 and then renewed 3 times. The last renewal expired in October 2017.
