McCain isn’t doing anything but lying in a bed barely able to recognize his own daughter and wife. This is all staff. Same as when Woodrow Wilson went eyes to the ceiling and his wife took over.
Somebody should check and see if he can fog a mirror, or if his staff will continue the work of the corpse until his term is up.
