I worry about this when I have to check how full our closets are.

That must have scared the poo out of the poor lumberjack.

I’m surprised he wasn’t eaten alive from the bottom up.

I thought you had Jack Russell’s for some reason. Walkers are good dogs too. They will run til their paws bleed.

I’ll have to ask Beau if he’s visited. He lived in AL for a while. Lousy hunting, so he moved, LOL!

Adam Schiff Eyes!
Maybe we can get Rush to have a Shanklin parody done base on "Betty Davis Eyes".

For a little historical human balance to this dedicated pooch’s demise there is this:
Prior to 1770, Daniel and his brother in law John Stewart were captured twice by Indians, being set free the first time, and escaping the second time. Daniel and John Stewart went on a hunt along what would become the Wilderness Road in 1770: John Stewart disappeared while hunting. Five years later, as the road was being blazed, in 1775- his body was found in a hollow tree where he had hid after begin shot by Indians and apparently died while hiding inside the huge tree.

Walker dogs for raccoon and Plot Hounds for black bear; a dozen the last time I counted. ;)
One lazy Beagle, two older, rescued lady Basset Hounds we adopted last summer after their owner passed away unexpectedly. Two inside cats, ‘Larry’ cat runs the barn.
One hay-burning Mule. :)

Please don’t embarrass me - I am the least worthy FReeper to earn/accept P.O.D. nominations: and it isn’t that remarkable or difficult - try a limerick (or haiku?) and you may surprise yourself, how easy it really is.

We raise Treeing Walker Coon Hounds for fun and profit. I can attest: they ARE this persistent when it comes to treeing Raccoon. I've got a Redbone asleep on my couch right now. She much prefers that to coon hunting.
