Levin has pretty much rehabilitated himself by nailing the FISA and Unmasking scandals early and often.
He still does not understand economics very well. Not a businessman. Hence, he cannot grasp the Trump trade policies and seems locked into some “Free Trade” dogma he heard from Reagan.
I think he forgot that Reagan lived in a completely different time, when the Evil Empire was still problem #1 and the US had not yet started hemorrhaging jobs to Asia and Mexico.
We are a forgiving lot. He can be a good listen when he stays away from economic issues and especially SURRENDER TRADE.
