Maybe these Q things, whatever they are, might make sense in Romulan? ( if they had any real or imagined importance - even to just their author- theyd be communicated in an understandable manner instead of all this gibberish. )
Come on, Q has been right on lots of key stuff by now. And typing out directly the accusations he is sharing would be hard for some folks (surely like you) to swallow at this point—particularly if the evidence is not yet public to back it up.

Nah. Maybe Horta ... or Gorn.
This tactic helps maintain a bit of drama, educates the masses, promotes curiosity, and obscures the strategic goals to the enemy. Personally, I love it.
Q is a fictional character in Star Trek appearing in the Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager series, as well as in related media.. The name “Q” applies not only to the names of the individuals portrayed (all “male” and “female” characters refer to each other as “Q”), it also applies to the name of their race and to the Q Continuum itself an alternate dimension accessible to only the Q and their “invited” guests. The true nature of the realm is said to be beyond the comprehension of “lesser beings” such as humans, therefore it is shown to humans only in ways they can understand.
