So, if the 666 drop in the market was a message from the deep state or the Rothchild's (or both) to the Donald and our guys, I read it like this.
They may be saying that we (deep state) can tank the market anytime we like even down to the exact number of the DOW.

The only reason it’s 666 is because some tool rounded it up for dramatic effect. That takes the discussion, in the public eye, from realm of possible market market manipulation for political ends to crazy ass conspiracy theorists to be dismissed by most.
On a similar note, the term “dossier” is a media darling word and needs to be steered away from. Just call it a “file”, the former term grates on normal people’s nerves after a while and they will get to a point where it’s mention is a signal to tune out because it gets used in every story about it 100,000+ times and all the eurotrash enamoured talking heads get wet saying it because it fills their feeble minds with visions of european intrigue and perfidity that they must don their aluminum foil coated cardboard swords and helms to crusade against.
