Can I answer based on the behavior of Eagles fans after the game?
If you look at demographic data about what people are doing who are watching the game according to statistics from 2017 most people are more interested in the commercials than the game, with the most popular commercials being the Budweiser ads. Yesterday’s most popular commercial was Eli Manning pretending to be Patrick Swayze... now you can imagine that at the conclusion of the commercial viewers looked at each other and said “now about that FISA memo”
I think there may be a slew of reasons why the FISA memo was released when it was, but I highly doubt it was because it was thought people would be all abuzz about it at SB parties.
Aren’t things released on Fridays because they are pretty much ignored and forgotten then?
That makes no sense to me.
