Some years ago Marine helicopters were crashing. ...eventually found to be caused by vapor from nail polish causing the blades to delaminate.
Was this from female (and gender confused!) technicians working on the birds or vapors (Note this does not seem likely!) from the nails of female(and again gender confused!) passengers?
